Meet our founder
A better system started with a simple question.
“How can effective test prep reach every student—not only the families who can afford months of private tutoring?”
Christian began his career at the New York City Department of Education, where he saw firsthand how different educational opportunities could be in communities just blocks apart. He started Staffs Prep in 2013 to help students from any background reach their college goals.
Staffs began as an after-school program in New Jersey. Over the years, we partnered with high schools, taught highly reviewed weekend Crash Courses, and worked one-on-one with students across the state.
That teaching experience became the system we offer today: an Ultimate Crash Course that explains the test, Practice Software that turns results into a focused plan, and tutoring support when a student needs more personal help. Families can choose one part or connect them all.
