Refunds, Exchanges, and the Score Guarantee
Refunds
We offer 100% refunds if requested before your class has started.
After a class has started, we will issue refunds ONLY for the Score Guarantee (and if requested within 90 days of a class.)
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any registrations purchased with a referral code.

Exchanges
You can switch into a different class date at any time through our
Staffs Prep Student Portal, as long as it is before your class has started.

Requirements
REQUIREMENT #1
STARTING SCORE
Students must have a starting score before the start of their Staffs Prep course. We will accept any of the following as a starting score:
Any official score (PSAT, SAT, ACT)
Any online practice test affilliated with the official test makers (Collegeboard for the SAT, and ACT.org for the ACT).
Unfortunately no practice tests taken on paper will be accepted, only because we cannot verify the date the test was taken.
REQUIREMENT #2
TEST DATE
Students must take their official exam within 60 days of their Staffs Prep class.
REQUIREMENT #3
ATTENDANCE
Students must attend their scheduled class in full. Rewatching the replay video in full also counts!
REQUIREMENT #4
PRACTICE
Students must take a minimum of two (2) practice tests after their class. Each practice test must be take through the
Student Portal before their official test date (once you log in, you'll find the practice tests under the Practice tab) . Practice tests submitted late will be considered incomplete.
To be eligible for the Practice Software guarantee, you must complete 80% of the required material.
This requirement is in place because practice is an essential part of test prep. Without proper practice, it is very hard to achieve target scores.
REQUIREMENT #5
SCORE VERIFICATION
Students must submit PDF score reports for both their starting score and their official scores (so we can verify the scores.)
We do not require you to send these scores in until you are requesting a refund.
Guarantee
If a student meets all the requirements above, and does not improve their score by the guaranteed amount below, then they are eligible for a 100% refund.

Every case is evaluated by the Staffs Prep team, and we may deny a claim at our own discretion.
** In all cases where both the Practice Software and Crash Course were purchased, and where the Score Guarantee was only partially met, the Practice Software will be refunded first, and the Crash Course will be refunded second. For example, if a student takes the SAT Crash Course + Practice Software, with a starting score of 1100, this would make him/her eligible for a +60 increase from the Crash Course, and an additional +60 increase from the Practice Software. If in the end this student increases his/her score by 70 points, this would classify as partially meeting the Score Guarantee (since the student met the +60 from the Crash Course, but not an additional +60 from the Practice Software), and would therefore only be refunded for the Practice Software.
